NOTICE: Slip Lease Rate Increase and Agreement Changes

Please take notice that effective April 1, 2023 the fees for dock slips will increase to the following rates:

·       $ 270.00 plus tax* per monthly payment

·       $ 810.00 plus tax* per quarterly payment

·       $ 1,539.00 plus tax* per semi-annual payment

·       $ 2,916.00 plus tax* per annual payment

Please take further notice that additional terms of the Padre Island Yacht Club Marina Docking Lease Agreement will be revised and updated.
