BOAT SHOW & MARKET DAYS VOLUNTEERS - Last Meeting

* Site layout team

- Need 1or 2 volunteers for Site marking Thursday March 19th. start time 3:00pm

- Boat Dealer site layout. Gate will need to be open at 8:00am Friday March 20th to allow dealer onsite to set up. Each display will need to be off the main roadway and parked 45 degrees heading toward the front gate. 

- Vendor set up, Saturday March 21st and Sunday 22nd. The gate will open at 6:00am to allow vendor setup. We'll need the dog park opened by 7:00am

- Nick will need a couple of volunteers to help throughout the event to man the dog park entrance for both days starting at 7:00am

* PIYC Tent and Garage sale 

- Volunteers will need to be onsite by 8:00am to help with the setup

* PIYC Front gate volunteers

- Front gate volunteers will need to be onsite by 9:00am and set up by 10:00am

* Golf Cart Runners

- Golf Cart volunteers will need to be onsite by 9:00am and start their routes around 9:45am

Coffee will be available downstairs picnic area. donations of doughnuts or tacos will be appreciated. 

Event Gate will be open to the public starting at 10:00am
