FATHERS DAY LUAU
The Mother’s Day Brunch by David Gillette and Company was fabulous – many thanks to these PIYC men for a delicious brunch and wonderful atmosphere!
Now, Ladies, it’s time for us to step up for PIYC traditional Father’s Day Luncheon on Sunday, June 16th. There will be three settings:
11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
12:30 PM to 11:30 PM
1:30 to 2:30 PM (Serving Volunteers and Waitresses will eat toward the end of this shift.)
The celebration will be a Hawaiian Luau, and I need lots of volunteers for cooking, kitchen prep, food plating, waitressing, and bartending.
The following menu will be served:
Hawaiian Pulled Pork Sliders
Hawaiian Bruddah Potato Mac Salad
Chocolate Haupia Pie (individual tarts)
